Synopsis of our current roster

Post by Flicker » Sun Jul 31, 2011 11:09 pm

There's a limited amount of powersets out there, but an unlimited number of concepts. Since Westbrook is a relatively small community, we encourage everyone to try and find their own niche. In order to help facilitate finding a concept that won't tread on any of our existing players' concepts, we've come up with the following list. It gives a brief synopsis of each character in the group, a very general overview of the students currently enrolled in Westbrook, with links to their biographies.

*Butterfly Screams (Krista Sonne)
Screamer with a sunny personality - her sonic ability has left her with a hearing impairment.

*Cassandra Brooks The last daughter in a long bloodline of witches, Cassandra casts spells by channeling the power of her ancestors through her pendant heirloom.

Celentrion (Jared Lee)
Teen host to an alien virus with an array of frightening powers who can siphon, absorb and manipulate biological energy.

Chris Sloan
Magic obsessed teen rarely if ever seen without the book of spells he inherited from his father who casts spells with varying success.

David Hurt
Gifted telekinetic with ADD, David can move and manipulate objects with his mind.

Eric Alpaith
Eric's powers cause a wide range of flu-like symptoms; most commonly headache, coughing, sneezing, and rashes. He produces a liquid that has to make contact with skin or clothes for it to work, and the more someone gets hit with the power the worse off they are.

Eternal Equinox (Samantha Yates)
Small town girl in a big city with the power to project fire and ice who can also affect the air temperature around her.

EXO-1 Stryker, EXO-3 Vulcan, EXO-5 Warbringer (Sydney Walker)
Quirky tech genius who builds supersuits and has an innate understanding of machines and electronics.

Holly Crowne
Laid back time shifter with the ability to sense the flow of time around her and, to a very limited degree, alter it by creating localized distortion fields. She can sometimes see echoes of past people and events and make those echoes manifest in a quasi-real form.

Jessie Sullivan
Half alien, half human with the ability to manipulate ambient energy and the power of flight.

Juan Alacran (Juan Ortega)
Supercilious Spanish Scorpion-boy who possesses venom glands that generate a mild neurotoxin.

*Kayla deMontague Privileged psychic with full blown telekensis and some minor telepathy who can levitate herself and teleport.

Lauren Lombardi
Former ice skater turned in-line skating daredevil with super strength and the ability to manipulate fire.

Lorne Hazlewood
Super friendly mutant with a beast like appearance - fur, fangs and sharp claws. Has heightened strength, reflexes, speed and senses.

Mel Lynn Teenager with a bonded technologic artifact who has the ability to change how she looks to other people.

Michelle Avery
The unwilling bearer of a magical artifact, (bracelet that cannot be removed) that provides her protective and defensive abilities when it manifests. She currently has no control over when this physical transformation takes place.

*Miranda Collins Starry-eyed warlock who makes pacts with the constellations and celestial beings.

Prysmatica (Shayne Vaughn)
Light manipulating teenager with the ability to bend light, turn it into something tangible or project colorful bursts.

Spellbound/Mia Cobol
Artist and elder in training - can perform healing magics and illusions, her illusions often spring to life from her drawings and paintings.

Taylor Brenton
Pyrokinetic firefighter, future hero in training

Tr1ck Shot / Arthur Rawlings (Ar)
Tricked out cyborg kid with plenty of technology tucked inside, fights with nonlethal firearms.

Wade Braddock
Supersized teen who is learning to accept being accepted while wondering just how big he'll end up. He has an inhuman will power and strength about twice that of a human.

Wyatt Wyborn
Strong and relatively hurt proof southern boy with a penchant for finding trouble; the unknowing product of a genetic experiment.

*Pending Membership
If cheerleading was easy, they'd call it football.
