NAME:
Julia Ward

ALIAS:
N/A

Ms. Posie's Favorite Student

AGE:
17

GRADE:
Senior

HEIGHT:
5'5"

BUILD:
Slender

HOME TOWN:
Boston, MA

POWERS:
Julie is a talented young witch.

APPEARANCE:
Julie is a slim girl of medium height with brown hair and brown eyes. Her fashion choices leans towards preppy and her favorite color is pink. She can be seen wearing glasses while in class - which have a nasty habit of slipping off her nose.

BIO:
Julie is the only child of a well-to-do, magical Boston family. She started learning witchcraft on her grandmother's knee and to this day is the apple of her parents' eyes. While Julie attended private school all her life, her parents decided that a meta-based high school would be Julie's best learning option.

To say Julie is talented at magic is an understatement. She's a straight A student with a bright future ahead of her. She's a bit of a suckup to her teachers, especially Mr. Max and Ms. Posie. Mr. Maximillian isn't overly concerned with her sucking up, but Ms. Posie eats it up. She is constantly striving to not only ace the test, but set the curve.

Jillian Bell

Post by David Hurt » Sat Jan 21, 2012 10:55 pm

NAME:
Jillian Bell

ALIAS:
N/A

Do you mind helping with this?

AGE:
16

GRADE:
Sophomore

HEIGHT:
5' 8"

BUILD:
Lean

HOME TOWN:
Columbus, Ohio

POWERS:
Jillian's touch triggers a flood of hormones to the brain that leaves one happy, docile, and most of all, very, very open to suggestion. Longer, sustained contact amplifies the effects.

APPEARANCE:
Jill is kinda pretty, kinda tall, and kinda thin. Where she shines is her smile, which has been practiced and honed so finely that every moment from the first quirk at the corner of her mouth to the full bloom of orthodontially perfect teeth appears completely spontaneous.

BIO:
Jillian's family wasn't shocked to learn that she was a mutant. She didn't tell them to be.

By the time people started asking questions, Jillian was well aware of her situation. The long, boring details were both new and incredibly unimportant. What Jillian knew was that a handshake had gotten her a killer discount at the mall, a short make-out session had gotten her behind the wheel of Travis Simpson's Mustang, and a pleading hand grasping the officer's had gotten her off with a verbal warning for reckless driving without a license.

Jill didn't enjoy middle school. She always seemed, at least to her mind, to be just a bit more awkward, a bit slower to develop in the good ways, and a bit faster in the bad. At the end of eighth grade, she made the promise to herself that so many students make: that high school would be completely different. She was pleasantly surprised, as so few are, when it actually was. Maybe it was the fact that her body was finally catching up to her height. Maybe it was the fact that the braces came off and she was no longer embarrassed to smile. Maybe it was something else, but after the first week, Jillian never carried her own books again.

Then the questions started. No one could remember being forced to do anything, but at the same time they couldn't quite explain why they had wanted to help this girl so badly. One chance conversation at her school led to another and another, and soon a pattern emerged with Jillian Bell at its center. When the doctor and the social worker, both happily married, who were present for her preliminary examination caught themselves in line to buy two tickets to Vegas, it became clear that Jillian was going to need some specialized attention.

At Westbrook, the school Jillian told her parents she would be attending when they came home with a stack of brochures, she had the luck of catching and holding Nilesh Duta's eye. Here was a boy who not only stood up to her, but also managed to keep the entire rest of the school treading lightly in the halls. Sure, she missed being the object of everyone's fawning attentions; however, she could pretty easily console herself with being that object's object of attention. After all, reflected glory still shines, and there was always a lackey around to carry her books, even if it wasn't exactly her lackey. And, of course, Nilesh would be graduating at the end of the trimester. Someone would have to fill the void he left.

Jeff Chovers -- 'Jitters'

Post by Brodi Andrews » Fri Feb 03, 2012 6:41 pm

NAME:
Jeff Chovers

ALIAS:
Jitters

No! It wasn't my fault! I was just brushing my teeth but then someone left their glasses on the sink so I picked them! Then the lens fell out, Terry walked by and stepped on them, cut his foot, and then dropped his science experiment he worked on all night! It hit the floor and GAK! Right all over my face. So I guess that's the reason I'm green right now but I just wanted to ask you... Do you want to go to the dance with me? Wait... what? We're related?! Crapsicle!

AGE:
15

GRADE:
Sophomore

HEIGHT:
5'5

BUILD:
Scrawny

HOME TOWN:
Paragon City, Founders Fall

POWERS:
Jitters has the unfortunate ability of attracting everyone's bad luck. The more people around him, the luckier the group gets and the more unlucky he becomes.

APPEARANCE:
Jitter's hair just never seems to want to stay down. Or maybe it does and he just continues to electrocute himself. His limbs are constantly always sporting a cast of some kind, and his face is more often than not sporting some bruises. Currently, he has been wearing an eye patch due to an unfortunate game of Janga being interrupted by an escaped monkey from the zoo.

BIO:
Jeff's parents have won the lottery two times, each time corresponding with Jeff getting struck by lightening. Sadly, it would seem, those around Jeff become increasingly lucky while Jeff, sadly, becomes inceasingly unlucky. This has made the sophmore more than a little jittery - thus the nickname. Ever the trooper though, Jeff continues to try to be a typical highschooler. However, that is a challenge in and of itself when you're constantly breaking bones, tripping down stairs, and occasionally setting yourself on fire.

Jitters currently has become a 'Rudy' story of the school. While some students say they have it bad, it is hard to really compare themselves with Jitters. This has resulted in people being more than a little sympathetic to the guy. It only takes a day for the whole school to sign his many... many... casts, and when he does have those minor moments of 'good luck', a standing ovation is soon to follow.

NAME:
Haley Marie Cooper

ALIAS:
Haley Comet

Power-obsessed and attention-starved

AGE:
15

GRADE:
10/Sophomore

HEIGHT:
5’1”

BUILD:
Thin

HOME TOWN:
Alexandria, VA

POWERS:
Haley posses the ability to release waves of both concussive and thermal energies omni-directionally with explosive force. These waves have a high likelihood of setting off other explosives they come in contact with, as well as igniting combustibles. Though she is proving successful in learning to control when her powers activate, she has thus far proven unable to direct them in any way.

APPEARANCE:
A short, skinny girl with red hair, hazel eyes, and a pretty face. Haley dresses well but usually looks at least a little disheveled. She often seems preoccupied, but when her attention is captured she sways to the other extreme and becomes too eager and clingy.

BIO:
Haley grew up an only child, used to being doted upon. Then when she turned fourteen her powers activated. The first few times were lucky, and there was no one within range who could be injured, though her room and her school’s locker room took property damage. Despite this her and her parents hoped the powers meant great things for her future. However, try as she might control was elusive, and eventually her mother and their pet dog took some minor cuts and bruises from an eruption of her powers. At this point, her parents began pulling away emotionally as well as physically, scared of what their daughter could do, and began seeking a safe place to send her.

Haley was crushed, and has become slightly obsessed with proving the worth of her abilities and convincing everyone how great they are. Few students spend as much time in the Bunker, and she has been known to insist on being called "Haley Comet". Though she has learned to control when her powers go off, she has yet to control the waves of force themselves, which continue to always emanate from her explosively in all directions. She is also perpetually attention-starved, missing the once boundless attention and affection her parents had showered her with her whole life.
Cuando amanece voy a inflingir, duros castigos y oscuros tormentos, a ellos que ni quieren ni dejan vivir
