Michael Hopkins Stadium

Post by Westbrook Academy » Sat Oct 08, 2011 11:03 am

The Michael Hopkins Stadium is located in the southeastern corner of campus. Since the opening of the Denton Sports Complex in Paragon, most competitive activities have moved off campus, but the stadium is still used for practices and intramural games.

  • About the Sponsor
Michael Hopkins was a rising star of Paragon’s high school football scene in the 1960s. With scholarships coming in from universities across the country, Michael was riding on cloud nine. Until one fateful night when he crossed paths with a supervillain looking for some quick ransom money. Michael was saved by the Crimson Avenger and would never forget his debt to the hero. Michael moved on to a pro-sports career and was happily retired by the time the Westbrook Academy began construction. Through word of mouth, Michael heard about the school and decided that it was finally time to repay his debt to the community that saved his life long ago.
