Ghost Hunt((Open))
Blake winced at the news of the surprise quiz.
"Ms. Davis sure does love to make us suffer. I guess I better get back to my homework. Thanks for the warning, Lucas. Feel free to come knock if you ever want to hang out again!"
Smiling, Blake sat back down at his desk. He watched Lucas's wake to see if he left or if he'd have any parting words to leave on the notebook paper.

"Goodnight Lucas! Thanks for the warning about math class. And about the salt shakers."
Blake grinned and continued working on his homework.
((Meant to post this days ago but it slipped my mind... Doh!))

Cassandra returned to the commons, changed out of her uniform and wearing her glasses for a first since coming to Westbrook.
In one arm was a textbook and her night's assignment. In the other hand she carried a familiar notepad, turned a page after her last conversation with Lucas.
She sat down into a couch, tucking her legs beneath her, leaving the notepad open to a letter for him on the table in front of her with a pen set to the side.

- Lucas...
Why do you not like magic.
What was that promise you made.
Re: Ghost Hunt((Open))
Cassandra shot up from the couch when she saw the word appear on the notebook.
Closing her textbook, and setting it to her side, she leaned forward and spoke out toward nothing, watching for the next answer.
“You can cast magic, than? Is that why you are here?”

Cassandra read over what he wrote as many times as she could before the letters faded, holding the pad in her hand.
Setting back down on the table, she looked up toward the wall opposite her.
“Mothers like sons who keep their promises...” she trailed off in a thought, having been thinking aloud more than talking. “You think magic can be used to help people, than?”

She picked up the pen and started to write what he had said onto the side of her homework sheet, before coming to the last sentence. Pausing before she finished writing it, she underlined the words dream doctor and closed her books.
Pulling out her phone, she opened it and started to write Chris.
Chris, put down that book and come to the commons.
Closing her phone, she set the pen back down near the notepad Lucas had been writing in, asking him.
“What dream doctor?”
