Spring Break Camping Trip

Post by Eternal-Equinox » Sun Apr 01, 2012 12:45 pm

*posted on the note board in the dorms for all to see is the following note*

Hey guys I've managed to get us a teacher to chaperone our camping trip. I want everyone to thank Ms. Campbell for agreeing to come along with us. Everyone will need to have their sleeping bags and what not ready for the night. We'll be heading out Tuesday night. I'll supply the munchies for us all for the night. Everyone should meet me at the Talos Island tram the night of the trip. If I could I'd ask any of the kids that are coming along that can sing or play to bring something along if they want. (You all know who you are guys).

We'll be out Tuesday night, we'll have a camp fire and singing or stories which ever you want. We'll sleep overnight Tuesday night and hang out all day Wednesday till it's time to head back to the dorms. We'll need tents and the more the better. I'm going to try to pick up a big one this weekend at the mall if anyone can sign up who wants to go we'll be able to figure out how many tents we need.

Also if you have any other ideas for the trip add them below on the paper.

Thanks,

Sam

((*note I put Ms Campbell becasue I have no clue if she is married or not assume Sam knows which it should be lol*))

Chris spots the paper as he walks past, stopping to read it before smiling and penciling in his name.

Shayne writes "Shayne Vaughn" in orange neon pen, then adds in green "I have an extra tent and a couple of sleeping bags I can bring, plus you won't need a flashlight or lantern, lol!"
Let there be light.

Blake adds his name using a black pen. Then, noting that Shayne's name and note are in different shades, he grins and turns the whole page gray. Yeah, it'll get its color back within five minutes, but one must at least try to foil one's nemesis.

Jared had heard about the trip, so went looking for the sign up. Spotting it, he added his name to the list.

On the suggestion paper he added "Naked Twister" next to said suggestion, he signed the idea off to "Chris Sloan/Blake Ross"

When Chris next saw the paper, he saw the suggestion that only very few people would have added, and immediately scribbled over the suggestion and the two names with the darkest marker he could find, making it unreadable.

Mel signs up as she passes by, then wonders if she has any of her old camping stuff in the things that she brought with her.

Juan spots the papers and signs up, then scribbles under the blacked-out suggestions "S'mores. Musical Instruments. Co-ed tents."

Gretchen scrawled her name beneath the others. How bad could it be?

Michelle walked past the sign-up sheet three times before actually reading it. Apparently, no one had signed her name for her. Well, that was good, right?

After a few seconds, she sighed and pulled out a pen. Soon the name "Michelle Avery - I have no idea what camping entails" was added to the sheet in pink ink.
