The Cafeteria

The cafeteria is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Because Westbrook is a boarding school most of the student's meals will be served here. The food served here is usually well balanced and nutritious with vegetarian alternatives. Nearly every day in addition to the standard thorough fair of food there is an item which is often unlabelled or given an extravagant name invented by the school chef. Students have spread the rumor that the school cook is running experiments on them with her special concoctions but those who have tried it are usually pretty happy with the results.

Occasionally they have themed dinners which usually have to do with holidays, or special events, but occasionally are completely unrelated to anything. At Halloween there is usually bizarre parody food such as ghoul-ash or sandWITCHES, during Mardi Gras a king cake is served with a trinket baked in it, and occasionally for no reason other than they felt like it they have Hawaiian Day or A Taste of the South Day.

Every once in a while they also have a late night get together for an ice cream social or milk and cookies.
