CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Outside the drama room there is a large billboard featuring hand drawn pictures, some printed out collage type artwork and large bubble letters advertising the talent show.

Beside it is a sign up sheet that reads.

Winter is just around the corner and the drama club is hosting Westbrook's very first talent show in January! Sign up today or contact Ms. Kafele, there are four spots for singers, be creative! Duets are welcome but no teams over two please! There will be prizes for the winners!

Make sure to include your name and talent.

Aglakti was all about a talent show! Of course this would mean just another thing to wiggle into his schedule but who could pass up the opportunity to show off a little. He signed up with his talent, breakdancing.

[Maria Johnson]

Maria totally would have been all for the talent show if not for her perpetual shyness. And her severe case of stage fright. Oh, and let's not forget that the last talent show that she had been a part of had resulted in several students passing out. It was for those reasons that Maria pretended to not notice the signup sheet as she walked by.

[Brodi Andrews]

Brodi looked towards the board, furrowing his brow as he stared at the information. Prizes? He liked prizes. So, with a firm stroke of the pen, he entered the contest. Or more specifically, he entered 'them' into the contest. The would would know the amazing sounds of 'Ugh'.

Diya narrowed her eyes at the sign up sheet, like it had personally offended her.

She pulled a pen from her bag - the only way she could be sure she was using an uncontaminated writing instrument - and quickly scrawled her name on the sign-up sheet anyway.
