POWERS:
The ability to steal and mimic energy-based powers. She can target the person whose powers she wishes to steal, and has to be in close proximity to her target. Once she has "hijacked" her target's powers, the target is left powerless while Heidi temporarily gains their abilities and is able to use their powers exactly in the same way they normally do. This effect gradually wears off once the target is no longer close to Heidi.

APPEARANCE:
Heidi has red hair and green eyes. She has a long, but pretty face. (Actually, if you look at Saoirse Ronan you'd get pretty close to what I have in mind.)

BIO:
Heidi is the mutant daughter of Dr. Herman Pretorius, a chief genetics researcher for Crey Industries. She's a registered hero who goes by the name of Hijack, which also describes her powers. She is the stereotypical spoiled rich girl. She goes to Cunningwell Polytechnical High School in Cambridge, MA which she travels to and from via the teleport system in her father's townhouse in Founders Falls.

Heidi's mother died in childbirth and her father never remarried, or even dated afterwards. She has a devoted father who overcompensates for Heidi's loss of her mother by giving her pretty much whatever she wants. However, Heidi is devoted to her father and doesn't overly take advantage of his generousity to her.

Heidi is flirty, and has a reputation for being found making out with boys in the dark corners of the mall. She is assertive, confident, and aggressive, and goes after whoever catches her eye. She collects boyfriends at the same rate that her father collects DNA samples, but doesn't stay with one for long.

Heidi is the kind of girl that every teenage boy wants to meet -- until he actually meets her!

Aside from the shopping district in Founders, the mall is Heidi's favorite hangout, and she can be found roaming there most nights and all day on Saturday with her rich-kid friends.

*note* In the wake of the events surrounding the death of Derrick Cork, Heidi has been suspended from all hero activities and her hero name has been released for re-issue.

Flo has the power to disarm a booth of overly amorous teenage couples with a glance or to overpower hungry football players with her amazing burger-flipping prowess.

APPEARANCE:
A tall, slender, middle-aged woman with an affable smile that expresses her quick wit and easy-going nature, she has long strawberry blond hair that she wears up in a bun. She has blue eyes and keeps her lips and nails painted red at all times.

BIO:
Flo has been around the block a time or two. She knows all the tricks, so "don't even try, sweetie." While she may not have super-powers, she's been serving diner food to heroes since before you were born.

Lucas

ALIAS:
The Walker

A mysterious wail in the night, a glimpse in the mirror.

HOME TOWN:
Stories have stated 'Lucas' has lived in many areas. The most prominent stories say he grew up in Paragon City.

POWERS:
From those that have claimed to see him, they whisper that this character walks at night. Objects don't deter him, walls don't deter him. He never speaks, never stops. He just walks and observes.

APPEARANCE:
While stories vary about Lucas's appearance, the most common description is that he's a young man around fifteen or sixteen years of age. He's Caucasian with trimmed red hair. He always wears PJs -- some claiming them to be centuries old while others stating that they are a few years old at most. Regardless, during the nights at Westbrook, people keep an ear out for a wail or a fleeting glimpse of red hair as it turns the corner.

BIO:
'Lucas' does not and has never existed. Or that is what the official story claims. However, the school newsletter 'A Penny for Your Thoughts' has continued to keep the rumors of his haunting alive.

According to the gossip, Lucas's origin can be rooted from long lost spirit to demon-infused nightmare. However, what the newsletter stated about him is the following:

Lucas (The name is speculated) was one of the first students to enter Westbrook. He was a gifted student who had the ability to project his spirit out into the world while he slept. He was one of the first astral projectionist that Westbrook ever dealt with. He was a bright boy if not just a tad shy.

Sadly, as tragedy would prove, Lucas had a problem. When his spirit would leave his body, his body occasionally would get up and just wonder aimlessly. One night, when an administrator forgot to lock the boy's door at night, Lucas's body stood up, wondered out into the cold, winter night... and perished. His body was found in the morning by Mister Deathrage, and (speculated by the newsletter) the school covered the entire affair up to cover up the negligence.

Lucas's body might have died that day... but the spirit that was out wondering that night is still alive and looking around Westbrook for his body!

There is no record of a Lucas or anyone matching his description ever attending Westbrook Academy. There has only been one picture that has ever been taken of the boy -- blurry and taken by someone with shaky hands. Even Lorne Hazlewood, the first student at Westbrook Academy, claims to have never met the boy or heard about him before the rumors of his haunting began.

So, if you are the type to believe the 'official' story told to you by the 'Man', then one would suppose that Lucas is nothing but a rumor. An urban legend. A cheap trick created by the minds of teenagers looking to scare the up and coming Freshman class.

Just don't come crying to the newsletter editor when you have Lucas walk through you while you are looking for a midnight snack.

A four legged trouble maker who can't stay out of the trash or the student's hearts

Paragon City (Though some claim the dog is clearly from Etoile)

POWERS:
This canine possesses the ability to boil Mister Deathrage's temper like it was a flick of a switch! With canine reflexes and speed that is surprising for his chubby nature, he can rid the garbage of any trash or tear apart the shoes of any unsuspecting sun bather.

APPEARANCE:
Taggit (As some of the students have come to call him) is your basic German Shepard. His time being the adoration to many pet-starved students around Westbrook has caused for his once lean appearance to droop and for him to develop a bit of a tummy. However with the constant brushing and petting from students, his coat is surprising thick and shiny!

BIO:
Whatever Taggit's name was before Westbrook, no one knows. A few months ago, the dog just wondered onto campus. He was dirty, hungry, and was clearly showing signs of injury. Little did he know he landed in the jackpot of all places. Students, dozens at a time, would bring him treats. He was never at a loss for someone to play fetch with. He was cleaned. He was loved. Heck, he even found a nice spot behind the green house that kept him warm during the winter.

The name 'Taggit' came from the gang 'The Villains of Westbrook'. While tagging the side of a parked car one evening, they were too busy enjoying themselves to see the cop car approaching. Thanks to a bark from Taggit, the group turned and saw the cop! They ran, the dog following in excitement, and thus was given the name 'Taggit'. Thanks to the collar the group made for him, this become the canine's official name.

While Deathrage is constantly chasing off the dog and calling the pound, Taggit has made plenty of friends in Westbrook. Students have hidden him away on multiple occasions, happy to take the reward of a slobbered face afterwards.

Taggit has found a nice niche in Westbrook. Keep an eye out for him. Oh, and bring some of those left over sausages.
