NAME:
Richard Dauchamp
ALIAS:
Glass House
Force Fielder and former mall cop turned campus security.
AGE:
37
OCCUPATION:
Head of Security
HEIGHT:
6'2
BUILD:
At one time he was athletic, in his thirties he's developed a bit of a beer belly.
HOME TOWN:
Paragon, RI.
POWERS:
Dauchamp creates force fields, but unlike many force fielders they are rigid to the touch and shatter like glass instead of naturally dissipating. The shards are usable for a few minutes before they "melt" away. Dauchamp is able to control the thickness and "strength" of his fields. He's also able to project them offensively.
APPEARANCE:
In his prime, Dauchamp fit one's stereotypical idea of "hero" to a tee. Tall, broad and lean with a full head of blonde hair, he looked like he could have been off of a movie poster. Since rounding the bend of thirty five however, his hair line has receded somewhat and he's lost a bit of his physique from lack of physical activity, a beer gut taking it's place.
BIO:
Richard Dauchamp came from a heroic family and was expected to follow in their footsteps. As a young man though, he was overly concerned about the image and recognition that comes with being a hero and less with the actual hero work itself. Glass House did not last very long, and his license eventually expired. In his twenties, he took up a job as mall security, gradually rising through the ranks to head of mall security.
A better paying job was offered at Westbrook, which he gladly accepted. Dauchamp is a quiet but friendly individual, still he relies heavily on his small security team to be his "ears to the street" at Westbrook and prefers to mill about the hallways and enterances looking important.
