16 years, entering Junior Year
Summarize your character in a single sentence:
A kid with no powers, from a family of decorated heroes, that resents his family's expectations.
Give us a one or two paragraph bio of your character:
Jacob is a normal kid from a family of mutants. Because he has no mutation of his own, he considers himself a freak. His grandparents were decorated heroes. His parents were decorated heroes. His older brother won a medal for his heroics during the Praetorian invasion. His older sister just started being a full-time hero. He wants no part of the heroism business, but his parents expect him to follow the family business of being a hero.
He just wants to be normal. He values heroes, and thinks they are important, but he wants to follow a different path. After getting into some trouble in the public schools, his parents made a deal with him: go to a school for heroes, try being a hero, and if he still wanted to not be a hero, they would pay for his college. So, they enrolled him in Westbrook to be around other heroes.
