The screen shakes a little, reminiscent of a bad home video, then the blurry figures of two plain clothes detective and Roach Copeland come into view. The scene that follows is jumbled , started hastily. Two plain clothes police officers are attempting to handcuff Roach. There is a bag of money nearby on the floor. Roach, visibly upset, pulls a vending machine from the wall. One of the two officers subdue him with a taser like weapon. Roach immediately falls against one of the officers after being hit with the weapon. The scene ends shortly after, as Juan starts to get heated about the police's handling of the situation.
