PETTY CRIMINAL MASTERMIND STRIKES AGAIN
In a city known for its caped crusaders, one would think small business owners could sleep safe and sound. But after the eleventh crime in as many days, it is obvious that “the little guy” has been thrown under the metaphorical bus.
While the Paragon Police Department continues to deny any connection between these minor incursions, we here at the Caper are skeptical that a wave of activity like this is mere coincidence.
Diligent Caper readers are well aware of this wave of terror that has swept our fair city. From the Steel Canyon Scraper “scratchitti art” to last night’s break in and disturbance of the Paragon Museum of Art’s gift shop, no irreparable damage has been done or priceless artifacts taken, despite ample opportunities. Merely childish vandalism, as the PPD insists? Or are we being distracted from an impending, much more nefarious, crime?
