The following was recently approved by the Westbrook Academy School Board.
Denton Industries - owners of the Denton Dome, Paragon’s premier retractable seating stadium proudly announces the grand opening of the Denton High School Sports Complex. Like it’s larger counterpart, the field of this indoor arena boasts the same power suppression technology used throughout Paragon in Studio B lounges. This allows our adolescent metahuman community to safely engage in sports competitions.

For years, Denton Industries has served the Paragon community in the fields of technologistics as well as radiotechnics, now we are committed to affording our youth the same opportunities that other high schools offer.

The sports complex boasts a full 120 yard football stadium in the fall which is easily converted to a baseball diamond in the spring. The field is also available for soccer, field hockey and lacrosse. An adjacent building houses a full sized basketball court, with plans on eventually adding an ice rink for hockey and other sports.

We hope your school will partake in the use of this stadium for our grand opening this September, just in time for football season. The stadium is for shared use amongst all of the schools in Paragon, so be sure to sign up early for placement. It is our hope that no school shall be turned down, but we are affording space on a first come first serve basis. A schedule for practice times and games will be furnished by August 21st, 2011.

Please join us in this exciting new endeavor!
Outside of Coach Anderson’s office is a sign up sheet. He’ll be mentioning it in PE class, as will Coach Kerry. There are also notifications on the bulletin boards urging students to sign up.

Diya had been stalking the hallway by Coach Anderson's office for weeks. He'd promised football signups would be before the end of the summer trimester. And now they were preparing for final exams and still no signup sheet.

As Diya strolled by the school notice board on her way to her daily reconnaissance she saw a new post. A new sports complex? She narrowed her eyes at the mention of power suppression - maybe she shouldn't let her mom know this place exists.

And then the light went off in Diya's head - if they have a football stadium, maybe this meant the football signups are finally a go! She sprinted towards Coach Anderson's office, eager to put her name first on the list.

It wasn't until the next morning that Henry spotted the sign up sheet. He took a minute to read over everything and seeing the first name on the list he had to laugh to himself, shaking his head. Imagining a few choice students lined up on the football field he took a deep breath before signing his name on the second spot.

"If Peyton can do it, I'm sure I can" Thinking to himself, about the first Westbrook Cheersquad.
