Courses listed specifically above are required courses for graduation. If not taken during the year specified, they must be taken during another year. (Some allowances are made for transfer students.)
Students who wish to patrol are required to enroll in Introduction to Metahuman Crime Fighting during their first semester enrolled. Students are also required to take an introductory metahuman abilities course that targets their abilities during their first year at Westbrook, if such a course is available.
(( The above gives a sense for the courses your character can be expected to take in a given year. Individual players have the option to largely gloss over the courses their characters are taking if they do not wish to be burdened with the specifics of course selection. On the other hand, players who are more interested in fleshing out their character’s course load are welcome to specify for their characters which specific courses and electives are being taken. ))
